  8. Article 2201: Annexes
  9.  
  10.      The Annexes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of
  11. this Agreement.

  14. Article 2202: Amendments
  15.  
  16. 1.   The Parties may agree on any modification of or addition to
  17. this Agreement.
  18.  
  19. 2.   When so agreed, and approved in accordance with the applicable
  20. legal procedures of each Party, a modification or addition shall
  21. constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  24. Article 2203: Entry into Force
  25.  
  26.      This Agreement shall enter into force on January 1, 1994, upon
  27. an exchange of written notifications certifying the completion of
  28. necessary legal procedures.

  31. Article 2204: Withdrawal
  32.  
  33.      A Party may withdraw from this Agreement six months after it
  34. provides written notice of withdrawal to the other Parties.  If a
  35. Party withdraws, the Agreement shall remain in force for the
  36. remaining Parties.

  39. Article 2205: Accession
  40.  
  41. 1.   Any country or group of countries may accede to this Agreement
  42. subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed between such
  43. country or countries and the Commission and following approval in
  44. accordance with the applicable approval procedures of each country.

  46. 2.   This Agreement shall not apply as between any Party and any
  47. acceding country or group of countries if, at the time of
  48. accession, either does not consent to such application.

  51. Article 2206: Authentic Texts
  52.  
  53.      The English, French and Spanish texts of this Agreement are
  54. equally authentic.
